The data controller is NovaPulse s.r.o., company ID 23967749, registered seat Korunní 1208/74, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague. For any privacy matter, reach us at info@novpuls.cz.

When you send an enquiry through the form, we process your name, phone, email and message. We use it to get back to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps toward a contract at your request; for optional fields, our legitimate interest in answering you.

When you fill in the job questionnaire, we process your name, nationality, phone, email and your answers. We use the data only for recruitment and contact you once we have suitable work. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form and can withdraw at any time.

The forms are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email and stores it briefly (30 days on the free plan). The site is hosted with Cloudflare. Both providers process the data only on our instructions, as processors.

Part of the processing takes place on servers outside the EU. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data or pass it on for third-party advertising.

We keep enquiries for the duration of our communication and then for the time needed for a possible project, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. Recruitment data is deleted within 12 months of the questionnaire unless you agree to longer storage. After that, we delete the data.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your recruitment consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Just write to info@novpuls.cz.

If you believe we handle your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your behaviour, so it needs no consent banner. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security, without which the site would not work properly.

We encrypt the site and the forms over HTTPS. Only the people handling your enquiry or application have access to your data.
